A voice in a Testosterone Sea

Good morning faithful readers. Today’s subject is getting a female voice to match a female body.

As many of you may know getting a female voice to ease your Dysphoria is important. I have been doing vocal exercises for about a month to feminize my voice. So far I am terrible. But I persist. Like learning a new skill it’ll take me a while to learn this.

I have been combining techniques from various sources. I have been using vocal warm ups from this YouTube video (https://youtu.be/9xu_vFkKq4g). After those scales I move on to The “Swallow and Hold” technique to exercise Larynx muscles (https://youtu.be/aWWevU4A5mU). I will also use the “Big dog, Small dog” practice periodically(https://youtu.be/mx4dPWKVt9o). There is also a great resource I got these all from on Reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/transvoice/comments/d3clhe/ls_voice_training_guide_level_1_for_mtf/).

I will keep chugging away at until I pass on the phone. This is important because my profession is, or was, Telephone Customer Service. I hope I get there.
